A: Quality control points:

1. Factory prefabricated rod body: laser marking length (±1% deviation), 100% conductivity detection (clause 9.0.2);

2. Grouting strength: slurry ≥ 25MPa, cement soil ≥ 0.5MPa (clause 5.1.6);

3. Digital anchor monitoring: automatic warning when the holding load deviation > 10% (clause 8.0.7).

Mandatory Testing Items:

Recovery test: 3 test anchors before construction to verify the unlocking ability (clause 7.2.2);

Bearing capacity self-test: using the rapid method, 100% of the bolts need to be tested (clause 7.3.1).
